# Терморегулятор не работает

Нажмите кнопку управления терморегулятором — экран на нем должен загореться. Если ничего не происходит, проверьте:

- Из отсека с батарейками извлечен защитный ярлычок.
- Батарейки не разряжены.
- Батарейки установлены правильно: потяните за крышку у терморегулятора, откройте отсек с батарейками и проверьте, соблюдена ли полярность.

После этого нажмите кнопку управления еще раз, если по&#8209;прежнему ничего не происходит, обратитесь в службу поддержки.

Если экран терморегулятора загорается при нажатии, но у вас проблемы с подключением терморегулятора к умному дому, выполните рекомендации на странице [Терморегулятор не подключается](https://alice.yandex.ru/support/ru/thermostat/troubleshooting/no-connection.md).
