Если Алиса сообщает о неизвестной ошибке («Произошла какая-то ошибка. Спросите попозже, пожалуйста»), попробуйте выполнить следующее: 
1. [Перезагрузите Станцию](https://alice.yandex.ru/support/ru/station/settings/reboot.md).
1. Перезагрузите роутер: отключите его от питания, подождите 10 секунд и снова подключите к розетке.
1. [Сбросьте настройки](https://alice.yandex.ru/support/ru/station/settings/reset.md) колонки до заводских.
