# Станция не работает в режиме «Играй везде» (мультирум)

[Режим «Играй везде» (мультирум)](https://alice.yandex.ru/support/ru/station/multiroom.md) — сценарий синхронной работы всех умных колонок в доме. Для активации режима уточните [комнату](https://alice.yandex.ru/support/ru/station/settings/room.md) или просто скажите: «Алиса, включи музыку везде».

При включении режима «Играй везде» воспроизводится музыка [владельца умного дома](https://alice.yandex.ru/support/ru/station/settings/multiaccount.md) — предпочтения приглашенных участников в этом режиме не учитываются.

Если режим «Играй везде» не запускается, убедитесь, что выполняются следующие условия:

Режим «Играй везде» работает между [умными колонками от Яндекса](*stations-list), Умным дисплеем Xiaomi с Алисой, а также JBL Link Portable и JBL Link Music. Другие устройства партнеров этот режим пока не поддерживают.

Если [выбрать колонку](https://alice.yandex.ru/support/ru/station/music-streaming.md) в приложении Яндекс Музыки, то будет играть только выбранная колонка, даже если она находится в группе.

    В этом приложении тоже можно настроить устройство одним из двух способов:

    - Нажмите фото профиля или значок сервисов, затем **Дом с Алисой** и выберите в списке нужное устройство.
    - Нажмите значок Алисы и скажите: «Настрой колонку».

    В приложении «Яндекс — с Алисой» могут быть не все настройки, поэтому для управления умным домом все же лучше использовать приложение <nobr>![](https://yastatic.net/s3/doc-binary/docs/support/selfhost/alice/station/smart-home-app.svg){height=20px} Дом с Алисой</nobr>.

Колонки должны быть подключены к одному роутеру или любой другой сетевой конфигурации с общей локальной сетью.

Важно, чтобы у роутеров было общее локальное пространство имен. Если колонки подключены к роутерам с разной NAT-конфигурацией (каждый роутер создает собственное пространство имен), режим «Играй везде» работать не будет.

Проверьте следующие настройки роутера:

- Доступен Multicast. Этот параметр обычно включен по умолчанию и необходим для совместной работы колонок, которые могут находиться на разных частотах (например, 2,4 и 5 ГГц).
- Отключена опция изоляции клиентов, которая мешает колонкам передавать данные между собой.

На качество локальной сети могут повлиять устаревший роутер, плохая прошивка, а также помехи (элементы, блокирующие сеть) на пути от колонки до роутера. Качество сети можно проверить с помощью бесплатных приложений для Android или iOS.
